I was a regular shopper at Steve"s at one time; however due to a physical condition I had to change to another food chain store . I informed the manager twice that there was no help for seniors to "bag" their groceries. Her response was that " the cashiers were required to ask if we needed help" At no time was I asked, and when I, myself, asked for help the cashier appeared annoyed. I now am shopping at another store that not only bags our groceries but helps take them to the car as well.
